For me, this is one of the best Nesspresso stores, both in terms of ambiance and service.

The store is well located next to the Metro Bay, and has access to the main shopping streets and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The place is huge, and has a relaxed and practical vibe in terms of service. In addition to being able to place your order directly with the staff and choose your capsules, there is a wall with many capsule options, from which you can make your own purchase. After making your choices, you can pay directly at the electronic terminals, which are great because they identify which and how many capsules are in your bag. All payments are made by card and you receive your receipt.

The store has an excellent service structure for customers with disabilities, with an access ramp to the store, handrails, doors that open and close automatically, and assistance from the attendants with purchases.

A very important point is that used capsules can be left in the store. Right at the entrance, there is a space just for discarding them.

It was my first time visiting this Nespresso store to buy a coffee machine and capsules, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The staff member greeted us so warmly and explained everything with such kindness. I asked lots of questions because I was new to Nespresso, but he patiently answered every one of them with a smile. Thanks to his friendly and thoughtful service, our first purchase felt truly special and happy. He even told us we’re always welcome to come back and try any coffee flavors we’re curious about, which made me trust the brand even more. I left the store with a big smile and a really good feeling! ☕💛

On my most recent trip to this location I was assisted by Aziz. He was knowledgeable, well spoken and provided more information than I have ever received on any trip to Nespresso. I was incredibly impressed and I assumed he was part of management by the way he conducted himself. I hope to see him as store manager one day soon since he has all the qualities one needs to possess required for that position!

Had a wonderful experience at the Nespresso boutique in Yorkville. The space is elegant and well-designed, creating a premium atmosphere that matches the quality of their coffee. I had the pleasure of speaking with a Nespresso advisor who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect coffee match. They took the time to explain the different flavor profiles and machine options, making the whole process enjoyable and informative. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re a coffee lover looking for expert guidance and a personalized experience.

My husband and I have been coming to this store for about 6 months and we always have a good experience. Unlike other stores this location doesn't have a specific person to make the coffee so the cashiers do everything, and even when they're busy they're always happy and friendly. They make great recommendations and there's always something new and fun to try!

The service process at this store requires improvement. While waiting at the front of the line, an individual from the back bypassed the queue and was assisted immediately, despite others waiting. This resulted in additional delays for those who had followed the line properly.

When it was finally my turn, the associate attempted to process my checkout without allowing me to ask questions about products, even though the area is designated for customer assistance rather than self-checkout. Responses to my inquiries felt rushed, and overall, the level of support seemed inconsistent depending on the type of purchase being made.

I recommend implementing a clearer queue management system and ensuring associates provide consistent, attentive service to all customers during busy periods.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. I got in line to order a few coffee pods, and while the employee behind the counter had just finished with the previous customer, she was intentionally acting busy, giving me side eyes instead of acknowledging me. There was no greeting, no "How can I help you?"—nothing. She just stared at me until, after about a minute, I had to ask if she was ready to take my order. Unfortunately, her attitude remained unprofessional throughout the entire interaction.

It would be helpful if staff wore name tags so they could be easily identified. I understand that everyone has tough days, especially after dealing with difficult customers, but basic courtesy should always be a priority. Management should consider hiring staff who are at least as nice as the store itself.

Worst Nespresso ever.

Today my friend and I came to this store to buy several sleeves of capsules, and the service was terrible. First of all, the queue signage was very unclear—we couldn’t tell which line was for what. Despite the store being so large, there was only one cashier. After we queued behind another customer, we were rudely told to go line up somewhere else.

After purchasing, we wanted to try some new flavors at the bar area. We sat there for nearly ten minutes, and although the staff saw us, they completely ignored us. We had to approach an employee ourselves and explained twice what we wanted. After going back and forth without giving us a clear answer, she impatiently told us to join the cashier line because she was serving other customers. But there were no other customers at that moment, and there was no explanation why tasting required queuing at the cashier.

Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience. If the Yorkdale location had been open, we would never have come here.
