Terrible bedside manner of some nurses, its honestly disgusting, however not all behaved in such a gross manner. Others were absolutely lovely!

One in particular was talking crap about one patient to another patient! Complaining that someone who's had major surgery, is in pain, because if your in pain you must be an addict! Doesn't have anything to do with maybe having your stomach cut open

Also, after said surgery got sent home with one discharge paper and a mini stapler remover?! No aftercare instructions NOTHING! Wasn't told when to take staples out only when next follow up appointment with surgeon was. When the nurse was informed that theres no family doctor at the moment as theres a waiting list and asked if I could come to emerg to have staples removed but was told that they couldnt waste resources on removing staples.....

I honestly eny people who've had decent experiences there, I really wish I could say the same.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but, my experience at NGH was the highlight of my whole day! Normally i worry a bit heading into a mammogram but, what a wonderful staff that were working yesterday! To the woman who checked me in to the beautiful, caring and super friendly woman who did my mammogram! That woman deserves a raise! Had such a comfortable experience and i promised i would let every woman know that i had no reasons to worry about a single thing🙂 I'm embarrassed i can't remember her name but she was perfect! And to any woman heading in for their breast exam....it didn't hurt in any way at all! It's important to recognize such a delighful staff member and much thanks for making my experience great! Hispitals need people just like this! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ for sure!

Saturday 13,2024
Slipped on ice broke 4 bones in wrist, extreme pain, arrive emerg @ 17:00.
Taken right in for treatment. Everyone knew exactly what to do and they got to It.
Pain control, X-rays, a cast, and home by 21:00 hrs.
