I’m a patient of Dr. Van Soelen and I only have good things to say about him and the staff under him. The front desk is always friendly and nice. Whenever I make an appointment they are understanding and professional. Dr. Van Soelen is kind and actually listens when I’m explaining the issue. He makes me feel heard and taken care of before I leave. I would recommend him to anyone

Very Sad when You have a Family Doctor that is terrific, but to get to Him You have to deal with the very rude receptionist to make an appointment and She does not even understand what You are saying. We needed forms filled out which is 150.00 cash and have to have them by a certain date but She just kept repeating that the next appointment is in Dec 3 weeks after We need the forms complete. Nobody is willing to help anyone anymore. I am sure The Doctor would have squeezed Us in if She would have just checked with Him. In the end We had no choice but to go to a walk in and make an appointment for next week and it is 25.00 less there Thank Heavens for walk in Clinics but so terribly sad when Your Family Doctor Office has such rude receptionist and it really is every time I call

Dr Van Soelen is very nice and listens to your concerns. I think anyone would be comfortable with him as their family doctor. The only thing is it’s a little hard to get appointments sometimes.

The receptionist / desk jockey . Is super unprofessional and just quite rude . Should probably look for a new profession if she can't handle dealing with the public in a polite manner

Excellent clinic. Reception staff are friendly and efficent. Office nurse is cheeful and informative. Have never waited more than 5 - 10 minutes to be called in to see to the doctor. Dr. Van Soelen is prompt, compassioanate and thorough. And he listens to my health concerns. Appreciate the email reminders for specific tests. Grateful to be a patient.

I have been a patient here over 2 years and have never met Dr Remington. They will have you see an assistant but wait over a month. To make matters worse, after waiting a month I was informed that my latest apt was moved to another office, out of town and I will have to wait another month to rebook. I will be searching for a new doctor immediately.

Take your name off the dr accepting new patients list!! How annoying to have to search and search to find out there is nothing to offer!!! Good thing I’m not out driving around like some of these offices expect just got this from the hospital
