I went to four locations over the course of three days looking for a part for my on-faucet filter. I was beside myself when three of those places told me that what I needed didn't exist. One helpful person in a retail store told me to try Noble Plumbing. I was there today and oh my goodness! What a breath of fresh air they were! Not only did they not say I was asking for an imaginary item, they went to the back and brought three options for me. One was perfect and exactly what I needed.

Gail was the person that helped me, and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and humourous. Who'd have thought that a plumbing wholesaler shop was a place to feel welcomed and to have a few laughs?

I needed a replacement part for our American Standard shower. It was proving difficult to find, and after 25 minutes on hold with the manufacturer I decided to look into local vendors further (again). Not only did noble have one in stock but it was also a lifetime warranty item. No questions asked, no receipt required, just good old fashion service! Thank you to the helpful staff at Noble.
