Customer Service is really great. Ordering online is really easy from order to deliver very smooth process. You gets up to date information on your order the time you put order the time you get your order deliver. I put two orders and I have received within 24 hours even during such a hard time we all are going through. Great service great people and great company to deal with.

I used their services the first time shipping to Calgary to put my ACS kit together. I added small detailed notes to each order as not having any experiance with them But found Obaydah to be knowledgeable & highly professional, apart from replying to all my queries he had my order ready and shipped within a week.
The website being updated at all times was a huge plus point for me.
The materials offered are of great price and quality.
Later on when I moved to Mississauga, I use to shop here regularly. Keep up the good work in providing great service.

THE BEST place for getting your instruments, material, infact the whole kit for students preparing for ACS. Super impressed with their attitude towards customers, their quality material, their prices, the deals and especially the follow up. If you have a problem with any of your material or instruments, they even change it unlike other stores where they don't even acknowledge that you bought it from them. Great job NA medical!!
