I recently started laser hair removal at North Cove after many trusted friends gave rave reviews.
Although I had had laser hair removal 10 years ago (and it hurt), I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in the technology which makes it much more tolerable.
With her pleasant demeanour and years of experience as a nurse, Rachel is an absolute wealth of knowledge and makes me feel heard (when sharing concerns or asking questions) and comfortable.
The space always feels welcoming, calm, clean, and professional.
I’m impressed with my results this far and look forward to trying some of the facial options in future.
