I came to Nat while my skin was in crisis. I had had tons of stress working in Retail leading up to Black Friday, and my normally pretty clear skin was broken out in acne like I had never had before. I was using all natural products (beef tallow & tea tree oil) that had sent my oil production out of wack, while also over drying and leaving me with a dry, scaly, flakey, itchy patch with pimples underneath that had persisted for over a month. Nat taught me that natural is not always better & directed me to some epic products by Allumier that helped soothe my skin right away. Then she performed a raspberry enzyme mask with derma-planing that really helped to exfoliate my skin. She used a tool with a frequency on my nasty patch that turbo charged the healing. I took these photos the day after my facial and the patch had almost completely cleared. Nat is amazing and takes special care to listen to all your concerns/needs without being pushy and upwelling. She goes above and beyond for her clients & you can really tell she actually cares about giving you the best skin possible. Absolute angel.

I went a little over a week ago to Nova Beauty for the first time, and I highly recommend it. I booked my appointment when I noticed my skin was starting to break out, and I wanted to treat it before things got worse. Natalia was very kind, informative made it a really great experience - I loved the fact that she did aromatherapy as well. I got my first facial massage - which was so relaxing, and I appreciated that we focused on mainly bringing moisture back to my skin.
