We have used NWIC at our office for the last year or so and have only had great experiences with them. The service is constant with very minimal interruptions and the customer service is top notch. There was an issue last week when the roofers accidentally damaged the cable coming into the building and we lost our internet (clearly a very big problem to have in a business). I called it in and a technician was here within a couple hours and we were up and running. Thank you for the quick response!!! PS, your technician was wonderful! I would not hesitate to recommend NWIC.

NWIC has the best customer service. I have been a customer for many years. Last week My internet connection was unstable and within the same day, NWIC had a solution and proceeded in moving forward with the necessary update/upgrade/changes while providing the best customer service. Since we live a rural area NWIC has been the only provider who has been given us the service we need I’m proud to support our local businesses. Keep up the great work NWIC !!!

I’ve been with NWIC since 2018 and the service is second to none. Very reliable internet and the few times there have been interruptions the issues were promptly resolved. NWIC recently upgraded my package (at no cost to me!), so it’s faster than ever, and it was great before. I really appreciate dealing with a local company that knows the area and their clients.

When our service went down recently, we made a call for repairs and received prompt service. I don't know the wherein and abouts of the wireless system - leave that up to repair! But the service man came, found the problem and fixed it without issue. He was very courteous and friendly. We live in a very rural setting, surrounded by trees and sometimes the direction has to be reset. This was not the problem this time. A series of very high winds had disconnected something, and it had to be replaced. Again, I don't know about these things. But I would recommend NWIC to anyone interested based on their excellent service and great employees. Thanks, NWIC for a nice experience.

I have had the best experiences imaginable with NWIC, and I am thrilled to have been a customer of theirs for +5 years. The price for my rural internet package has remained the same over this time, even though they decided to IMPROVE the download/upload speeds by a significant amount over the years. I was recommended to NWIC by my hairdresser. After a terrible experience of not having internet for 2 weeks I got in touch and they have been fantastic. Personal customer service with the same person and they followed through on all their promises.
