Et sevrage il à une durée de plus de trois mois dans cela 1 mois impossible de faire quoique ce soit….

Midi and Ashley and Fatima are the only good ones over there- every one else is completely clueless. They don’t follow through, they act like they will figure out something for you but take zero action. I’ve never seen anything like it- absolutely awful - they Clearly don’t understand how serious Their job is- And the consequences that could come from a mistake on their end. Most of the stuff is literally common sense and It’s like Talking to a wall it’s really really stressful to deal with.

I have been going for a long time to this clinic and I have seen many staff come and go but there's 2 workers there now at the front who are the most caring compassionate ladies I've ever had the pleasure to deal with . When I come in they always are happy to sew me and so nice and caring . In the past there have been some staff who maybe should choose another profession but I have seen a great change for the better . I'm not sure if I am supposed to give names but they are the best staff members I ever seen .

Fantastic Place to get amazing help with your addiction. This clinic & Dr. Del Bianco assisted me to get clean & stay clean for almost 4 years now. The nurses behind the counter are respectful & kind- always giving support & care without discrimination. A huge thank you to all the doctors & staff at OATC Vanier!

june 20, im putting the date cause who ever are the two women working front desk today where soo ignorant and rude i have never felt soo DISGUSTED BY SOMONES ATTITUDE, ignoring people comming in, talking about what "Phone apps have the best food" like your at work not a hang out club. I sat there for over an hour while they giggled and talked at the back and come 3 pm some girl laughed at the back saying there closed now and yet you guys just told me to come in and now tell me to leave, next time i go in and its those two again im sorry im audio recording them cause to tell someone as they leave "your the one who chose to come today" is NOT a professional comment anyone should be making i chose to come in early cause you guys told me to and it was the right THING TO DO WHEM YOURE NOT FEELING WELL?! i would very much like to put a formal compliment as people should be taken seriously and the workers here today treated me like a joke, the other 2 ladies i first met when i came in where so professional they do laps over these two today. This is pure DISCRIMINATION, the way they treated me and others today.

**we also over heard the blonde worker saying to the other worker "that she felt compelled to wash her hands everytime she delt with somebody or handed someone something because she felt disgusted" she said this clear as day well enough for people in the waiting room to hear.
If you are that disgusted with your job then leave.
Not to mention the way the other girl was glaring at the family there you can see the look of disgusts through the window it wasnt like she was trying to hide it at all, like whats your deal lady? nobody there needs this we are supposed to feel welcomed and yet they make you feel like your less then them, people go there for help not to feel be littled or undermined.

Love this program I’ve been with them for a long time ,polite and very helpful they don’t judge ,they do everything to accommodate u . Doctors are nice and patient ,they actually do what best for you . They give different programs , and recommended others services

A good place for anyone struggling with drug and alcohol addictions the staff and doctor are very helpful in getting you in the direction you want
