Our organization has been a very satisfied with On the Way Cafe! We started with them in June 2023 and now have added an additional 2 locations. Customer service is excellent, diversity of products are awesome and their pricing is reasonable. We are very happy with their service and our staff enjoy thier products very much. My company has been using On the Way Café for the last few months after having terrible customer experiences with our previous coffee supplier. Not only was On the Way very competitive price wise, but they actually care about their customers and strive to give the best customer service possible. We have been thrilled with our both our coffee and water cooler service since day one and their service and attention to detail has not changed since the start. Our office recently started with On The Way Cafe Inc. OTWC was recommended by a friend of mine in our office building. I was reluctant at first, considering we already had a coffee services provider, but generally staff was not happy with the quality of the coffees and we were often putting in calls for service.
I`ll just say that the decision to change was a great decision! John made the initial visit and immediately put our needs at the forefront. The switch was easy and hassle-free. We had a free trial of their single-serve coffee pod machine and delicious coffees. Five days later, I called our existing supplier to remove their equipment. We have been enjoying fresh and delicious coffee ever since. John is professional, thorough and SUPER prompt with deliveries. In addition to coffees and teas, we get bi-weekly deliveries of fresh milk, paper towel, juices, water and snacks...happy employees make for a happy office manager. 🙂

We had the pleasure of working alongside On The Way Cafe & John for our vendor show, The Mama Market. Not only was the coffee delicious, there were a range of different options to chose from (hot chocolate, mocha, latte, etc) and the set up was not only functional within our space but it looked great! It was an added touch that he was able to program our logo onto the actual coffee machine. He was on time and extremely professional & personable. We look forward to working with them in the future!

On the Way Café provides our office with coffee supplies and services and I absolutely love them! They keep our office well-stocked with a really wide range of single-use coffee pods; whatever kind of roast you want, they have it! They also provide us with cream and milk as well as sweeteners. They also have a package that provides teas as well as disposable coffee cups, although our office sticks with the coffee and the milk/cream.

The machine itself we lease from them is incredibly versatile (and fun to use). It’s no basic coffee machine (although it makes a great cup of regular coffee). It has a user-friendly touch-screen interface and can make everything from mochas and lattes to tea and hot chocolate. It allows us to choose from a wide range of beverages and even lets you select how strong you want your coffee or hot chocolate and what size you want to brew.

The only disadvantage is that a complex machine does act up from time to time. However, they’re always very responsive if we have a problem with the machine. When we call, they let us know the quick fixes to any issues so our machine is back up and running immediately. If there are more complex issues, they come in-person to take care of all of the maintenance. Our machine was having trouble one day and when they couldn’t immediately identify the problem, they had a new one to us same-day!

I love this place. They provide such a seamless experience. We don’t have to think about any of it! I love being able to come into work in the morning and enjoy my coffee just the way I like it so easily. 10/10 would recommend.

On the Way Café is my best friend in the mornings!

Our company has had the service for a year now and we are very happy with it! There is large variety of coffees to choose from and different ways of making it all in one (Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso, Café Mocha). My favourites are Hot Chocolate (yes it dispenses hot chocolate), and the Sumatra Dark latte. The best part is that it’s very easy to maintain and is eco-friendly!

The product is absolutely wonderful and to match its quality, the service is amazing. Our sales representative Mathew is very friendly and always delivers on time. Keep up the excellent work Mathew! I would recommend this product/service to all. The quality of the coffee is exceptional, the service is amazing and it is also very affordable!

ON THE WAY CAFE Inc. is the most genius way to start your day. They offer a wide variety of Coffee flavours ( my personal favourites are Irish Cream, French Vanilla and Dark Roast) and Teas.Their machine gives you the different option of cup sizes ( small to large) and the option to have a mild to bold coffee.They also give you different ways of making Their drinks ( a shot to three shots of espresso, Mocha, Latte, Cappuccino add in extra milk shots or chocolate shots) they also have Hot chocolate. The Machine they provide you with is very simple to use and they also teach you how to use it. The guys that comes in to our office (Matthew) with the coffee supplies is SUPER amazing and friendly! I recommend you giving them a shot if you are looking for a coffee machine for your office.
