Called for an exchange on a discontinued product. The man working was reading off the same info I already had, told me to call cardinal health myself (essentially doing his job for him). When cardinal health told me to call him back and tell him it's his job to call as I don't have all the info (the supplier would) I called and told him this and he still had no idea what to do. He acted as if I was telling him completely new info, although he was reading off the same bulletin from cardinal health that I had, and said "well I'll have to see what my manager says about this and what you should do". When a piece of medical equipment is essential for my daughter to eat, I expect a little more knowledge and urgency. Horrible customer service, order elsewhere.

I experienced the most refreshing business interaction at Home Health in Stratford, with Brittany Prong. She is so very knowledgeable regarding all the products available and her time spent explaining everything to me, was with such a wonderful attitude. Great customer service!!!! She has a great sense of humour and was eager to answer every question I had coupled with confidence and accuracy. There wasn't a single issue that she wasn't willing to tackle and resolve. Good customer service is rare these days but not at Home Health with Brittany....truly impressed.
