Ontario Sleep Care CPAP

I had a great time getting set up today. My sleep clinician was Allyson, and she was lovely to deal with. She was very experienced with the different types of options available, and was able to find something comfortable for me very quickly. She explained the perks and quirks of each type of mask that I did well with, and how they might be suitable for my sleeping habits. At each step I felt I had ample time to ask questions, that I was treated with respect and dignity. She was able to explain all of the settings on my specific machine and how to care for it, as well as enter specific reminder messages such as the monthly filter change. I felt comfortable throughout the entire duration of the appointment, which was scheduled at a short notice so the office was rather busy at certain times. Even so, all of the staff worked together to assist the various clients. I look forward to working with them in the future, and I will do my very, very best to make sure that my beloved animals to not chew on my mask or tubing. Thanks for all the help today Allyson.

Karen was very friendly, helpful, and made sure to check in on me through the trial process, made sure I had a full understanding of fit and proper usage, as well she outlined the purchase procedure clearly from the beginning. I have been dealing with OSC for 3 years alone since discovering I have sleep apnea. I have only dealt with Allyson and Karen but they are phenomenal. Super friendly. So quick to get you in for an appointment. They’re still monitoring me after 3 years. Last month I got a lengthy email from Karen reviewing my data, recommending a new mask etc as it’s time. If I had any questions etc. I emailed back some time later due to personal issues with questions etc and within 5 minutes Karen was calling me and going over the questions I had and getting me booked in. This business honestly offers the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and as someone who’s worked in customer service for 15+ years, that says a lot!! They’ve even offered me to borrow equipment to see how I like it before purchasing. This is unheard of!! After my diagnosis I was given a list of places I could go for my treatment equipment and I will be forever glad I picked Ontario Sleep Care. Thank you for always taking such great care of me and changing my sleep forever!!

Karen and Allyson are both very caring professionals who want to ensure your CPAP unit is adjusted for your specific needs. Also, they will help you out with a loaner unit If you left yours in a hotel or at a friends... I am not aware of other businesses that go the extra distance to take care of their patients.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and received a prescription to acquire a CPAP/APAP Machine and related supplies and provided with a list of vendors to choose from and not sure why, I chose the Ontario Sleep Care even though it wasn’t on the top of the list of vendors. A decision I would never ever regret! The Whole team is amazing and the support I have received from Karen is second to none. Karen at Sleep Care Kingston was incredibly helpful throughout my entire sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment process. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received the care and equipment I needed to manage my condition effectively. Karen worked with my insurance provider to ensure that I was able to get a CPAP machine that worked for me, and she was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
