Extremely satisfied with the supportive service my daughter received last month when we went to get a trial cpap machine as my daughter was having severe anxiety attacks in Tina’s office Tina was very patient and calm with us. Many thanks to Tina who went well above and beyond assisting me when I had broken a piece of my mask at 3am the night previous and found myself without a functioning machine as a result. I even originally purchased this mask elsewhere but still she was happy to schedule a time for me to come in and have a look. The issue was resolved quickly and Tina was very nice and communicative. Just to say, in contrast, I contacted one of the other local businesses before contacting OSC and they didn't seem interested in helping me very much. As a result I purchased a new backup mask from Tina and will definitely be coming here again in future. Thanks so much! 🙂

Amazing and outstanding service, Tina was so very sweet and kind to me especially when I was having anxiety when first trialing my machine. Super understanding and kind. I trialed for a month and she always answered all my emails and questions and helped with my anxiety. My advice is don't give up even if using a CPAP is difficult. I genuinely feel so safe sleeping at night and my breathing has improved so much, I almost wish I could wear it all the time. Prices are actually okay and understandable. Now I know you can find things like the mask and hose cheaper at places online however when you buy from here you know you're getting a new and fresh product that has been handled with care and of course I want to support that. Instead of buying online, I'll get all my filters and supplies from Tina at Pembroke Sleep Care. It is a shame there is no cure for sleep apnea, but I promise this treatment is worth it. Don't give up.

Tina from the Pembroke location of OSC is friendly and very helpful. OSC has a wide selection of masks; I was afraid I would be rushed to find a mask that would adequately fit my face, but she took the time to ensure the masks were comfortable.

I had troubles adjusting to my mask and machine and was ready to give up after a couple of nights. Tina was able to fix them over the phone.
