I have had my Cpap for 6 months now and have to say the level of customer service since my first interaction has been excellent. Sarah not only is professional and knowledgeable in the service and equipment, Sarah also follows up with me regularly. Service like this is rare.

I will highly recommend Sarah and Ontario Sleep Care to anyone who is in need of Cpap equipment.

Today I was able to go into Ontario Sleep Care - Perth and pick up my new CPAP machine. Sarah went above and beyond her duties to help me get started with my machine. She was wonderful at explaining everything to my wife and I about the new machine. As we were about to leave I told Sarah that I couldn't start using the machine until the end of the month because I had no money to purchase the distilled water that I needed to use with the machine. She said excuse me for a minute and she went to her purse pulled out her very own debit card went next door and bought me a bottle of distilled water. My wife and I thanked her for doing this because it was very important that I started using the CPAP machine asap. It is so very nice that there still good people out there. Thank you again Sarah. Wow! I can’t be more impressed with Sarah at Ontario Sleep Care in Perth. I came to Sarah very anxious to learn about sleep therapy. She was so positive and knowledgeable about her machines and the positive impact they could have on my life. Sarah sat with me for 2 hours and walked me through the different masks, usage, and cleaning procedures. She made me feel confident that I would be successful in sleep therapy and it would have a positive impact on my everyday life. She was right!

Sarah has continued to exceed her role by checking in on my progress and submitting comprehensive reports to my Dr. She emails me regularly with suggestions and advice on how to better optimize my use and experience with my machine. When I struggled, Sarah made a house call the next day and supplied me with a part that I needed to continue my success with my sleep therapy.

I cannot say enough about Sarah and the Ontario Sleep Care clinic in Perth. If you are struggling with getting a good night’s sleep, Sarah is a caring and knowledgeable professional. I highly recommend her and the Ontario Sleep Care office in Perth.

I am very pleased to have landed here for my new Air Sense 11 for a number of reasons. First and foremost was the fact that Sarah presented me with package deals that they offered in print right off the bat. When I made my purchase, there was not one cent difference between what she had originally told me and what I paid. Suffice it to say that not all the providers are that up front. Next was they actually had stock on hand whereas other providers would have required me to wait several months to fill my prescription. And finally, zero pressure sales approach. She carefully explained all aspects of the therapy and the tools that went with them and left it up to me to choose what I wanted. In summary, if you are looking for CPAP service, it’s worth a trip to Perth ?

While the person at the front desk was fine, I have to give my first ever one-star review based on store policies. There is a mandatory $300 charge for “after service care”. While I don’t begrudge vendors being paid for their services, the fact that I cannot opt out of this charge and service is problematic. Despite my very polite request, I was not able to cancel this service - or return the unopened “extras” I was charged an additional $300 for, as it was all “part of the package”. When I raised the issue with the (regional?) manager, I was told I always have the option of shopping elsewhere. So next time, I will.

Finally found a place that actually lets you home test masks. Other places you cant even try on a mask. Great service. So happy to find a local store with great service.
