This clinic has obviously taken strides to improve their review ratings. Their new text system reduces wait times to speak to someone and reduces frustration with the burdened medical system. The front staff are cordial and efficient and made me feel welcome in a very busy clinic. The medical staff were also welcoming, efficient and communicative.
Keep up the great work Orleans Family Health Clinic!

If you are a patient, they have this new system to get a hold of the clinic: text their phone number, they will call you back. The other day, I texted at 9h21AM, they called me back at 9h25am. I was very impressed. Thank you for this great system, I hope it frees your phone lines. Happy with their services and appreciate that I have a family doctor!

DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I was there at opening time, and waited so long I nearly went into diabetic shock. Me saying to the doctors that I wasn't feeling well was the only reason I got seen, only for the doctor to take one look at me, GOOGLE MY SYMPTOMS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and then prescribe me something (not even of the minimum dosage that can be administered) completely irrelevant to what I actually have.

Useless doctors and useless staff.

People genuinely need care and these doctors do not care, their soul purpose is to pass as my people as possible regardless of if they help them or not.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Now that Dr.Daukza is retired.There is no point to continue enduring this horrible clinic. Monica, her receptionist lacks professionalism and is very rude and aggressive when dealing with her. I WILL take going to urgent care and walk ins than going to clinic that doesn't answer their phones and have to physically come in to book, she yells my details in reception area and talks about my personal matter loudly. I endured because Dr.Daukza was my doctor for over 20 years and she's a good doctor. But her staff are horrible and I dread having to schedule or dealing with them. I AM Done!!

Dr. Sheila Emenyonu gave me an anxiety attack and refused service because of it.

During a meet and greet the doctor asked a few questions more than once, which made me chuckle, which prompted her to ask why. I suggested we were going around in circles.
She got extremely mad, absolutely refusing that a misunderstanding was taking place and refusing to continue because I was "Upset" and "I don't need this".

I had beg her to continue, which only occured after I shut down, stared at a wall and gave direct answers only. She adamantly refused any possibility of misunderstanding.

I was afraid to mention any further health issues as I was concerned she would refuse service again.

This is after we had an appointment for 3 months and they rescheduled the week of.

I am trying to book an appointment for the next 3 days. Lasty they told me to text and I texted twice as instructed at 8.31 AM to book an appointment. They didn`t even call me to inform if it was booked. What is the logic of having a family doctor if we are not able to book an appointment.

Got to be the worst clinic in Ottawa! Firstly, it is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone to coordinate anything. Most importantly, Do NOT see Dr. WEKA, he is super slow, always wait over an hour past your appointment! He is inattentive, uninterested, lacks engagement and makes ridiculous diagnostics. He is completely focused on his damn computer, does not look at you, does not engage and asks you to constantly repeat as he does not listen to you. Never seen an Health Professional like this...is he really a doctor?
