I am not use to write a reviews but today I got worse experience with dr. Saliu. Honestly, he is too rude and does not know how to talk with patients nicely. Moreover, he does not want to give any appropriate information when I asked some inquires regarding my health.
I really wanted to give zero star.

Dr. Rozemin Kizuk put my Iud in she is the only physician that can insert them there. I am 16 I was 15 in November when I had my IUD put in. I went in to get the arm implant she convinced me and my mom to sign a waiver and get the kyrina IUD that it was brand new and I got it put in it was the worst pain she kept telling me I'm fine then I fainted four times and she looked and me and told me to collect myself and go because they needed it for the next person love how you treat your patience worst experience then they find a cyst in my uterus I get another ultrasound and Lily the nurse practitioner couldn't even tell me how it was doing when I went in to her to get my results had no idea what she was doing so I'm never stepping foot in that place again and going to get my situation resolved by my family doctor because Dr. Rozemin Kizuk shouldn't be putting IUD's in anyone if that is how you treat them. And the kyrina is incompatible with my body ive had since November and still bleed and way more then I used to the pain is worse and the "string" is metal and is painful and it is the worst decision I could have ever made for my body. If you decide to get your IUD implanted there I hope your experience is better then mine. And that the staff read this and learn from it. You may get payed per prescription but people's feelings and wellbeing and safety should be valued and supportorted in this extremely painful and vulnerable procedure.

Dr Kizuk is great for IUD insertion, had no problems with her. Very nice and professional lady. But be ready to wait 30min to and hour after your scheduled time because they are extremely busy. I understand there is a doctor shortage but there are still ways to reduce wait times with better scheduling

Absolutely grateful that I'm privileged enough to have a doctor given the shortage. Palliser staff are always so friendly when I call. While wait times are a little longer, its understandable given the circumstances of the doctor shortage here in southern Alberta.
Dr. Waheed is thorough, kind, and listens to my concerns. She always has a smile on her face and takes her time explaining everything. I never feel rushed out the door.

I liked Dr Vic a lot and wish him the best, but scary to lose him just as there are no new doctors! However their new phone system is useless! I never get through and never get call backs as promised! I have had to email in order to contact them. Hope things get better there !

I started out with a new Doctor there last year. I miss my old doctor a lot, since he knew me and my condition so well. It’s not the same level of care, and things get mixed up, forgotten, or worse
Misunderstood ! It’s hopefully going to work better and better as we get to know each other ! Staff is always friendly . On a closing note . They charge you for changed appointments - or no shows.
The college of physicians actually say doctors CAN NOT do that !! It’s important for people to know that - many doctors are not even aware! It’s easy to look it up under the AB rules for physicians .
I once complained, to the college about this ( cancel my app should not be punished - I can’t call a 9 am, if the obstacle to get there doesn’t happen till 2 pm )
They also can not dismiss you, as a patient for same reasons mentioned above. A former doctor of mine changed his rules of many years at his clinic when I showed him in black and white, he was breaking patient/ doctor regulations .I have an illness that hits when it wants, it’s random and it does not follow rules ! I can’t cancel on Friday if I’m not sick till Monday ? it ticks me of to be threatened if I have to cancel due to my condition , that “ three late cancellations and you pay “ !! Nope ?

So far not a great experience. I’ve been waiting over a month to get it, I showed up to my first appointment only to be told “sorry, (s)he’s not staying until June because of a family emergency (which is totally understandable!!!) we knew there were going to be some people we missed to call. Can we rebook?” Okay fine. Then I show up for my second appointment only to be told “sorry... that was yesterday.” Which, I specifically scheduled it because I had some other appointments that day, so no, I did no schedule it for the day before, they messed up. And I didn’t get a call to remind me. So. Not a great receptionist. We’ll see how my appointment goes, if I ever get one.
