At december, we bought a huge bag of winter salt that works up to -30C for 8.49!! Sobeys sold a jug for 15.99 that worked to -5 only and Canadian tire didnt even have any, keep it up

Love this spot - it feels so classic. Rows upon rows of hardware in tight little aisles, very nostalgic. They seem to employ a lot of younger staff which is great to see as well. Always try see if a unique item is here first.

Tried to make a purchase of plywood but the guy on the forklift did his best to be condescending and not helpful. He told me to write down my request or he couldn't help me. This guy needs either customer service training or not be allowed to talk with customers. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

I just agree with the reviewer giving them one star down there. I don't know his name though, there definitely is one guy making me feel bad about his attitude every time I go there for sudden need. He doesn't seem to try to be helpful to his customer, this time it was me, and does have a rude manner. Kinda feel weird this time though because he was talking happily loud enough for me to hear and feel that specific manner was only for me. Is that because I'm an Asian guy or wearing a mask? I won't put it this way because I moved in this city 8 months ago from Kitchener and have never felt that way there and mostly here as well. Also, typical Canadians I have known and met for more than 20 yrs never acted that way, that much. The reason I leave 4 stars here is only because the gentleman who helped me to find what I need with proper manner and all others who have right attitude to shine all customers' projects. 🙂

Stopped in to pick up a mini breaker for my RV on a long shot... sure enough they had one in their cabinet! !! Great friendly service. The team there work hard to please you. Don't let the size of the place deter you.
