Went in for an urgent ultrasound and received it in a timely and professional manner but that seems to be where the urgency ended. Had the scan Thursday and come Sunday there is still no indication it was sent. My expectation was for the report to be sent immediately to my surgeon in order to provide an urgent diagnosis and now it will be well into Monday at the earliest - 5 days later - before my doctor can even look at the scan results, let alone schedule my consult. Complications have arisen over the weekend and they likely could have been addressed on Friday had this imaging company been even remotely prompt with their reporting.

I almost canceled my appointment at Paris Medical Imaging after reading the negative reviews about the location. I’m so glad I did not cancel. I had both an ultrasound and x-ray appointment the same day and both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The clinic was also very clean, which was an added bonus.

Had such a good experience at this clinic. It was bright, clean ,and so professional. They were running on time. Cecilia was my technician and explained everything so well - it was my first mammogram and she made me feel so comfortable and gave great instructions. She was friendly and kind. Very thankful for this place in our community

I had such a pleasant experience experience at this location; Im shocked to see there are any negative reviews.

The building is extremely easy to locate on Curtis Ave. There is a large, very well maintained parking lot directly infront of the building. Parking is free; which is a huge positive these days!

Upon entering the building, there are very easy to read signs that direct you where you need to go. The building is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were extremely clean and well stocked as well.

Upon entering the Ultrasound office, the receptionist immediately turned her attention to any new incoming patients. She was attentive, kind, and very quick to process new incoming patients.

Martina was my tech and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable and calm for my procedure. She was informative, and so easy to speak to. I loved that she had a little bit of music playing softly in the background; it really helped me feel relaxed and less nervous. Martina is the first medical personnel that I've encountered that really took the time to make her patients feel welcomed and truly at ease. I cant thank her enough for making my experience so pleasant.

If there is ever a circumstance where Ill require further medical imaging I will be requesting to have Martina, again!

I highly recommend this facility and its medical staff.

The hours say open until 5pm and they accept walk in’s but when you show up they say they have reached their quota for the day, which is clearly an excuse. (I’m assuming the X-ray technician just wants to leave for the day)
When I showed up the place was empty, but they still turn patients away so they can leave early. Maybe change your hours instead of false advertising. How does a medical facility operate only 8-4? Even the banks have more accommodating hours. Hire a technician that is willing to work!!

Had a pleasant experience this morning with my X Ray appointment.

The X Ray tech was super helpful and professional and had an infectious laugh that I still can’t get out of my mind.

Sadly, I didn’t catch your name or get your digits but if you ever wanna catch up, you know who I am. ?

Came here for an ultrasound, waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. The pain of not peeing able to pee was unbearable, after still not being seen I walked out. Couldn’t hold it any longer. When it comes to ultrasounds and you have to drink a litre before hand please be on time‍♀️ oh and it’s a $90 cash only cancelation fee even if they’re the problem, frustrating because if I was that late I’d have to pay. Will not be coming back.

PSA - they randomly close at 4pm! I even called to confirm same day that they take people until 430pm daily and don’t make appointments for X-rays. Very disappointed and frustrated.
