Nice store but recently had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Cathleen. She was rude and acted condescending. Really unfortunate because I really like this location and I feel unwelcome here now.

Great staff here. My old truck broke down next door. The staff came over to offer some help. Hooked me up with a couple tools to try and fix my truck. Great people good vibes

They really rude and arrogant costumer service. I ask them to take a look the parts that i need he said he can go out so i take a picture to show and the next costumer behind me they go outside and look together the wiper of his car and he park way farther than my car..

I experienced poor customer service and unhelpful staff at this auto parts store, leaving me disappointed.

Went in today to catch the flyer deal of buying a pair of Bosch wiper blades and received a jug of washer fluid for free. Gentleman at the counter stated the flyer had a miss print and would not honour the deal. The flyer clearly states that is the deal they are offering until Oct. 16 2024. Not sure if this is false advertising or a scam. Stay away from a place like this they are not good to custmers and won't give you what is clearly advertised.

Going to Part source on a heavy snow , look for bell dressing but not in stock s ! ! Seems 5 guys working here ( not an owner) due they are busy on phone , or something else , having no attention when the customer s come in . Hope the store is suvvive and making benefit s in these difficult days (Trumps regime!!)

I just want to say I’m so thankful for your employee RYAN that was working yesterday . ( east side ) he literally saved us yesterday. Helped us with our car 5 mins to closing. He went above and beyond!!! ❤️❤️
