The nurse is super friendly and very helpful. My questions were answered and my fears allayed. She gave me an ice pack to keep my medicine cool when she found out I was taking the bus home. I'm not sure if that's standard protocol or not but I appreciated it.

Our nurse, who was excellent, did a perfect job and even the kids were smiling by the end. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is I was surprised that she was at the office by herself doing all the administrative work and administering the shots. It would likely have been a bit quicker had these to roles been filled by 2 different people. (I get that the company is trying to maximize gains, but I’m sure it’s making good enough money with the cost of the vaccines…)

I would recommend passport health Hamilton Travel clinic for your travel needs health wise. I went for the yellow fever vaccination, the process was swift. they are very Knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.

They were able to book me in a timely manner before the vacation. The nurse helping me was amazing. She was very informative and detailed. She helped me plan out the necessary guidelines when going on excursions and keeping myself safe. Highly recommended!!!

The nurse was great, friendly and very informative; however, do NOT buy vaccines from here! I felt pressured to get the yellow fever vaccine and ended up paying 3X what the average cost of the vaccine is and therefore cannot get it covered by insurance. You’re better off going to shoppers and getting a consultation and your vaccines from there, you’ll get good information at a fraction of the price.

Best. Nurse. Ever.!!!
We got an appointment at the last minute and were treated with respect despite the late notice. The briefing was thorough and kindly done. The nurse who helped us today was the most amazing nurse I have ever come across, even though my own mother is a retired RN!!
Great experience! Would go back.

Karyn at the nurse Passport Health has a wonderful, welcoming energy that immediately makes to feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision regarding your travel health and protections. The advance online intake form was easy to use so she had all the information ready for my appointment.
Also the downtown location is very convenient and near major bus stops for accessibility purposes.

The nurse we had (Kelly) was excellent in reviewing and explaining travel recommendations. She confirmed our individual preferences and was very respectful of our choices (my approach is much more conservative than my partner whom I was with). We got vaccines and international travel certificate and documentation to take home with us. The nurse acknowledged us when we arrived and started on time. Seemed like a lot of hand written paperwork that could perhaps be more automated, however, I would recommend this location .
