I’ve been to this clinic a couple of times and have always had a great experience. Friendly receptionist and knowledgable doctor. I’ve seen Dr. Chrysler each time I’ve come and each time he’s spent plenty of time with me, as much as 25 minutes which is rare for a walk in clinic. I am usually seated in a room right away and the wait is never particularly long. The Doctor takes time to understand what’s going on and presents me options with pros and cons. He even took the time to nerd out a bit and explain some of the science behind what was happening so I was clear and had the information needed to make informed requests and decisions. The space is a bit run down but if you don’t mind that then it’s a great clinic. I get that some people have had bad experiences from other reviews but my experiences have always been spot on so I wanted to leave a positive review on thanks for the consistently good treatment Ive had here. The attached pharmacy is convenient. There is limited parking in the lot but plenty of metered street parking. There is an accessible ramp for those with mobility issues.

Since I moved to the city I have been going here and so far I have no complaints. The wait is never very long and the staff have always been kind to me.

Wow. This dump reflects reviews confirming what is true about this so called clinic. Was seen super fast as many of other patients and all for the “ doctor” to tell me that nothing was wrong turns out I got a second opinion and I had a BAD throat infection, when he delivered the results to me he didn’t even say it to my face he sat down in his chair with his back towards me talking … like um hello? Won’t be back here again.

Her. Bassey is my current family doctor, but he rarely sees us when we go there, the assistant does. Today we went for a check up appointment booked for 5:30 but he didn’t see us until after 6:30, came in rushing and not even looking at us, just to the computer to get done for the day. He was rude to me in front of my kids. I’ve been struggling with foot/leg pain for 7 years and doing different tests but he can’t find out what the problem is, today he asked me what do I think is the problem and I told him some possible things that I had in mind cause after 7 yeas I had made an online research about the symptoms. He didn’t like that I used the internet for doing medical research, said that he didn’t want to know what I think ( even though he asked me and that’s the only reason I told him), told me to take pain killers or find another medical opinion. I left the section crying. I ratter the assistant 1 thousand times! Unfortunately I can’t find any good and caring doctor still taking patients in St. Catharines, and the ones available are getting much more people than they can.

Terrible experience, Dr Chrysler the “doctor” knew absolutely nothing. have never heard of a doctor who didn’t know anything about concussion protocol, could answer no questions and couldn’t give us any advice on concussions. Charged $70 because we were out of province only to wait 40 minutes for a doctor who clearly doesn’t know anything medical or legal for that matter. it’s called Rowan’s law do better next time or retire and do everyone your putting in danger a favour. Dr Chrysler is a public health risk

Been seeing dr.Chrysler for years on and off, he’s not my doctor but I go back to him from time to time when I need to see a doctor. He really pays attention to his patients problems and comes up with a solution. Every time I have left 100% satisfied . He is brilliant. He realized I was misdiagnosed on a medication I was taking for 6 years and gave me a different one. It’s been two weeks and I feel unbelievably better. Best doctor I have ever had by far

Just took my daughter here for her first checkup.
Everything was extremely fast and efficient. We didn’t even have to wait in the waiting room before being sent to a room. Doctor was with us within minutes. When asking questions, he asked to the room instead of just my fiancée, which was a very nice change of pace as he was asking the parents - not just the mother. He was very gentle with her, and everything was done very fast. Questions were straight to the point but very friendly. Made sure to address any concerns we had before we left.

The receptionist was phenomenal as well. Very friendly and professional.

Definitely going to make this practice my family doctor / paediatrician ASAP.
