Swift process, walked in for second dose. Took total 15 minutes on a weeknight around 6pm. It was busy and I was told they had been accepting walk ins for booster too but it got crowded and people started acting up so boosters are by appointment now only. Not sure if that has changed or will. But definitely I have actually waited an hour in line at other places so 5 stars for this!

Perhaps I was one of the lucky ones but I had a wonderful experience at Peel Public Health when I went for my 3rd booster shot last Monday. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff and nurses were fantastic and they moved everyone through in a very efficient manner. Well Done! Thank you for helping all of us stay healthy. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Great phone services. I spoke to 2 different nurses about a vaccine I was curious about and both of them had extensive knowledge and answered all of my questions. They were both very kind and polite and provided me with ease. One nurse was named Melanie and I regret not remembering the other nurses name, but they were both extremely helpful.

Went there to inquire about how to register out of province vaccine. The staff was well trained, courteous and humble. They helped me with relevant instructions and also informed my eligibility for a booster. The pharmacist administered the shot so well, I didn't even felt it pierce me. Overall my experience was wonderful and I was happy that I visited this center.

Do not book your vaccine here. I would give 0 stars if I could. My appointment was for 6:10 I arrived at 5:45, didn’t even make it into the building until 7 pm due to line up, but still had to wait another 50 minutes to receive the vaccine. What is the purpose of appointments if you have to stand in like for 90 minutes? On top of that they had us standing in the rain, no tents or anything, it was only until the rain stopped when they decided to take us inside where there was TONS of space (clearly space wasn’t a problem they just couldn’t bother to give us shelter). Overall will not be coming back and I would not recommend this site to anyone. I was expecting better from the official Peel Public Health building. Clearly this was not just one bad day judging from the previous reviews.

Submitted a complaint regarding a business to the Health Protection department and got prompt feedback and updates regarding the complaint via email.
The complaint was addressed in an extremely timely fashion (days, not weeks), and the results of the investigation provided in full detail.

I was not expecting anywhere near such a thorough and efficient response! Peel Public Health is doing an outstanding job and is certainly looking out for the best interest of citizens where it counts.
