I have to say that Dr George and the Nurse Practitioner Valerie, are the best medical practitioners I have had in probably more than 20 years. I feel heard, I feel that I'm getting the support and the treatment that I need and I feel that they are helping me get better. The ongoing support and care I have received is outstanding.

Good luck getting someone on the line to book an appointment, they don't answer the phones, check their voicemails, provide an email address, or allow booking online. They also don't allow anyone to come to the office without a prior appointment, so no option to book in person. Doctor George is great, but the admin staff are clearly either useless or desperately needing more help. Either way you're better off ignoring your problem than trying to get help here, they'll just ignore you anyway.

I would have given five stars, the receptionist during the week was very kind and helped my daughter get in and was awesome. Then I called Saturday as I’ve been dealing with intense gut Rot and other issues as I’m 30 weeks pregnant the other receptionist wouldn’t even let me talk and just told me we can’t help you go to emerg. Which I’m not going to do for gut rot and heart burn. She just kept interrupting me saying can’t help you. And was hard to understand due to her accent. And personally she should not have this job, as she’s very rude. And I’ve seen lots of other reviews on how that lady in general is a problem. Very disappointed as I just wanted something to help my stomach didn’t even need to go in.

The sign on their door says "Not open to the general public : If you do NOT have a family doctor OR you are NOT a patient of the following list of doctors, you cannot attend". That means, if I HAVE a family doctor, I CAN attend. They refused me service. Change that sign or follow it and let people like me in.

We are so fortunate that we have this service. Everytime I have called, I have been able to speak with a doctor or see a doctor. The fact that we are able to see a doctor on the same day we have a concern is invaluable. Thank you for having this clinic.

Dr. George is a fine gentleman whos best interest is his patience. Highly recommended, came in person when I went to the hospital with homemade muffins ?.

Said ots a walk in .... got there and lady on the desk had the worst attitude. Said yes it's a walk in but you have to call and register or if your family Dr is working there ...... silly place
