I absolutely did not have a good experience with my doctor (or the staff) at the Phoenix Medical Clinic. The reception quality is poor to say the least. Phone connections are hard to hear due to static and background noise and I had one instance where the receptionist simply hung up on me.

The doctor, on the few visits I had, was friendly but didn't really do much when I visited. It almost seemed like I was being told to "come in for a follow-up" just so they can make a few extra bucks off me.

I had multiple occasions where my pharmacy would send in a request for a refill only to get NO RESPONSE whatsoever. The last time, I ran out of my medication so I finally decided to find a new doctor. Phoenix Medical tried to gouge me for getting my records (I only went to this clinic 4-5 times) by charging me $75 (double the Ontario guideline rate).

I do not recommend this facility if you are looking for a new doctor.

I was looking for a new family doctor due to moving back to the Niagara Region. I saw positive reviews about Phoenix Medical Clinic and thought I would check it out. The staff were very friendly, efficient and made me feel very comfortable.

My family and I recently became patients of Dr. Oscar and we couldn't be happier. The clinic is clean and organized. All staff, doctors and front staff are lovely. We feel like they truly care about our wellbeing.

We have a newborn and the staff takes time to ensure the baby is handled gently without rushing us. When giving my baby his first round of vaccinations, the staff took the time to answer my questions and explain what they were going to do, before doing it.

It's been difficult to find a good clinic in this area. We are so happy they were accepting new patients! ?

I recently visited Phoenix Medical Clinic and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff was friendly and welcoming. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, making it a comfortable environment.
The nursing staff was attentive and kind, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. They were very sympathetic and made sure all my questions were answered.
I also want to give a special mention to Dr. Gabriel. He was very attentive and genuinely interested in my concerns, making me feel well cared for. I am very pleased with my choice to become a patient at this clinic. I look forward to continuing my care here and highly recommend Phoenix Medical Clinic to anyone seeking high-quality medical services.

Had my first visit to the Phoenix Medical Clinic this morning and had a wonderful first impression! As other reviews mention the office itself is very clean, modern, and organized. However, I'd argue that the staff are what really makes the clinic. I had been very nervous to visit given it has been some time since I've seen a doctor, but both the receptionist and Dr. Olude were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. 5/5 stars would recommend!

My mom has been in need of a responsive family doctor , I am so happy that we found Dr.Olude. He is patient and takes the time to explain things very clearly to her. She loves him, so that says alot!

Doctors were friendly and know their stuff, which gives me a great deal of confidence in them

Sadly as a matter of serving the community, if you expect to be seen on time, or if you book an appointment with anything to follow the visit for an hour or so, good luck.

I have spent, average wait time is about 35 minutes after your scheduled appointment. In one instance I waited a full hour from my 2:30 PM appointment, until 3:30 PM to be seen by a doctor despite having shown up on time, and being there and processed for check-in on time.

This clinic is needed to bring down the volume of people in need, in St. Catharines, but it could serve them much better by taking the time of their clients, and the promises they make to treat them, more seriously
