Great selection of treats can ve found on this little store!

Want peants? They have just about every variety imaginable; plain, flavored, chip and candy covered. Want chips? That have several delicious flavors. Want seasonal based treats? They have them of all kinds from nice chocolate eggs to Sanra shaped chocolate on a stick.

Service friendly, again, great selection. The trick is to not walk out with the store!

My husband and I came to Ramblin' Road to pick up a custom wedding order. We had over $300 worth of merchandise with custom labels and drove 30 minutes from Tillsonburg. I had previous conversations with Mr. John Picard through email about my order and he said to pick it up at Ramblin Road after July 12th. My husband and I came to the restaurant July 13th and wanted to pick up our order. When we arrived, the person there did not even know who I was or anything about my order. She said she would call someone and we decided to have lunch there.

While waiting around 40 minutes for lunch, the woman informed me that there was a problem with the manufacturing and my order was not there. She said that we could drive 30 minutes more to get our order from the Waterford location or come back to the brewery. Both of these options were not possible because my husband had to get back to work and I had things to do. I sent an email to John explaining that he could have communicated to me that my order would be late and it wouldn't have been a problem. I asked if he could deliver my order and he refused. My husband and I were waiting for them to rectify the situation by comping our meal at lunch or delivering our order, but none of this was done. I only received an email saying we hope you come back and pick it up. No apologies, nothing.

This is not how customer service should be. I don't care if you have a $100 order or &1,000 order. Customers come first and making them happy. We took time out of our day to pick up our order and have lunch. Bad communication and bad customer service. My husband and I did not pick up our order and found other favors for our wedding.

They really should have updated hours on their website. I drove an hour out of my way only to find that their hours have changed and they closed 2 hours earlier.
