Woke up this morning and noticed a small pinhole leak near the hot water tank. Emailed and called Josée...within 2 hours plumbers were on site and issue corrected. Amazing !
2nd time I use this company and certainly will not hesitate to call them again.

Called for a bathtub to be connected in a new build due to builder error. They came promptly and installed the bath with zero problems and completely satisfied with their work. Will hire again next plumbing project or issue.

I do not typically write reviews, but we had a leaking shower in the house. We hired this company. They came to my house 2 times, combined maybe 20 minutes at our house. They inspected shower, gave us an idea why they thought it was leaking, we corrected what they instructed us to, and it was still leaking.

At this point, we were forced to hire another company, and they came promptly, inspected the shower for at least an hour to find the actual problem (not just give us suggestions as to why it could be leaking and then leave), and then this company fixed the actual cause of the leak.

Plomberie then send us an invoice for over $100 for them to do nothing. They did not spend the time to actually look for the problem, nor did they fix anything. I called them and asked about the invoice, if they could reduce it as they did not actually fix anything, and they would not change it.

So all in all, be careful hiring them, I would like to say their employees were professional and I do not have any other issues, but charging full price to 'fix' our leak, and not actually fix the leak, or even spend longer than 20 minutes at our house, I would not consider a good business practice.

I had a really bad clog in my kitchen sink. It took a while for them to get it unclogged but they did a great job!! I was very happy and the invoice was lower than I expected. The plumbers were very professional and respectful. I am very satisfied.
