The place is great and I don't get the ridiculous negative reviews. I have purchased there many times and sure you can go to home depot and talk to some clown who yesterday worked in the paint department and end up going back 6 times to get the part you need. Or go see knowledgeable professionals who take one second and provide you the exact part the 1st time.

The friendly comment I got a laugh out of, they are always friendly and welcoming although they don't jump up and treat you like a prince just walked in. I am there for a part or fixtures which is always met with knowledgeable expertise and the good morning is a bonus.

If you want expertise and the part you need once, this is the place to go. If you want someone who doesn't know what he/she is doing and go back ten time's them knock yourself out.

Poor service, explains 3.5 rating. Went in asking about touch less or sensor kitchen faucets, rude guy with the cap and glasses response “Nope don’t have them and we don’t recommend them.” Ok do you have Moen faucets? “Nope”. The tone and demeanour put a sour taste in my experience. If you’re reading this, you’re in the customer service industry buddy, change your attitude. You have great product but your service is crap. Lost a sale from a local resident.

Anytime I show up to the parts counter Roy and team always seem to have the part in stock and also provide great advice. I recently purchased a Grohe shower cartridge for a DIY repair. Not sure if it was my installation or a defective part but in spite of it being "Final Sale" Roy exchanged the cartridge for a new one! Thanks Plumbing Centre!

The worst place a DIY'er can go!! Just the opposite to their sign which saying they can help!! They are very unfriendly and as a matter of fact rude!! from the moment I was inside four eyes were locked on me as if I am there to steal something despite having tons of cameras installed everywhere!! And in fact they kind of pushed me out by their behaviour and words!! I was absoulutely disgusted. First time and last time for me be there. bad bad business!!

Roy at Plumbing Centre is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been looking all over in both Hamilton and Toronto for a shower faucet adaptor. It seems nobody carries it anymore. Even if one goes online, it will be like a maze and you get nowhere.
So fortunately, through a recommendation, I drop by at Plumbing Centre and Roy is able to analyze the problem and finds a perfect solution. It will save me going through a lot of trouble and spending quite a bit of money replacing the walled in plumbing unit.

Great place to get that part you can't find at the Big Box Store. Went in to get handles for the bathtub which I could not find at other stores but they had them . Great service and friendly staff. Lots of parking outside. They also have a very nice Showroom.

The staff at this store are the rudest, most arrogant and dismissive people I have ever seen. They belittle their customers and don't want to do anything beyond the bare minimum. Only one guy is decent. I do my best to avoid this business or give them my money. Just rude smart mouths in store. OWNER: WAKE UP Attitude adjustment needed.
