Very poor customer service, owner unwilling to take returns if you even just open the box. Buyer beware, he's more interested in himself and revenue than caring about his customer's experience. I was able to return it at another Home Hardware store no problem!

Store is great little limited on what you can get because it's a small town but they will order it for you. My only complaint is the older blond lady is so rude and miserable every time we come in.

Brandon really helped me out as a windstorm knocked our fence down. Last summer it was the roof, ya pretty bad wind off Lake erie! He solved any issue regarding materials that they might not have had in stock by recommending replacements. Staff went out of their way to carry some difficult to carry items out to the car. Small store, but the personal touches made up for it.
