On Friday, March 7th, I had an urgent issue because ODSP Brampton had messed up my documents and set an unreasonably short deadline. When I called Burlington ODSP, a gentleman answered immediately and was incredibly helpful. I explained my situation, and without hesitation, he offered to print the necessary documents for me. Within 15 minutes, I arrived at the office, and everything was ready for me to sign—saving me the stress of waiting for the mail and missing the deadline.

Both he and a lady at the office were extremely polite, professional, and efficient. Their kindness and quick action made a huge difference for me. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service!

Thank you to case manager Janine. Had issue with my odsp payment & called office to enquire. Was told my case manager had switched to Janine who I left message. Turns out she not my new case manager; yet she promptly responded & assured me payment was ok, told me when to expect payment & who in fact is my new case worker. Thank you very much Janine.

I have had the worst experience. I feel like i was belittled and ignored. I was medically cleared in July why did it take so long to do the financial part. Someone needs to be held accountable for the poor job staff .provides.

Horrible experience. I am trying to get information & help with applying for ODSP for my disabled uncle and they lead me on a wild goose chase. I asked if they could help me figure things out with them on the phone & I was steered to other people without my questions answered and told to figure out what I needed to do myself online (which is hard given the nature of my uncles disability, he needs to be told in person).

Those who know about this place will agree it is a great Halton region community resource . Help for disabilities and mental health issues they provide you with many tools to enhance your living independently . My life was so hard before I was involved with odsp . Keep on funding odsp federal government it's mandatory for its clients 5/5 of course .

My friend has tried for over a month to get ahold of his worker and still no response . He doesn't chose to be on ODSP he can't work and her job is to keep in contact
