Dont ever go to this store.
This is an absolute rip-off shop.
All they want is the money in your pocket.
I realized that Sales representative Rory already cheat many customers after I bought a machine from him. Now I understand we have the same situation. No refund, no product, no anything.

God, take away this sweet heart, please.

Unfair Purchasing Experience!
First of all. I d like to admit that the service department is super nice and friendly, also very helpful. I love this store.

However, the sales representative Rory rudely refused doing warranty for a brand-new defective product hanging up my phone call by leaving words "I will not do it at all".

There are lots good reviews about Rory LOL. I know 95% products will be good from the factory, but how about when you get a defective product from Rory by only 5% chance？

Also I got a third party store checked this product and I have a paper appraisal and all recordings for the conversation with this "cute" sales representative Rory.

I was wondering can this sales represents truely represents this whole store. How come a sales person behaves like this？Or he might be a part of the ownership？I cannot think of other reasons except this. If not, I dont know if the owner knows this？He lies to me means he can lie to anyone.

This "NICE" sales tore up our oppointments for taking back the product many times and he emphasized he will appear for sure. I left from work waiting for him but he never made it. He told me he will not do the warranty and take back his product when I told him it was not the first time he didnt show up🥹 and he hanged up the call. I tried many possible paths to communicate with Rory, but he strongly said he wont do it at all, which terminated all possible solutions.

Very good Employees . I usually deliver here . Today, my truck,s hub fastners were loose . I just asked for a tool but receiver guy called mechanic STEVE, he himself tightened all fastners and saved my Day .

All the positive reviews lead me here and service was good up until I was owed money. I was promised in person, on the phone and numerous times via email that I would get my $245.95 back.

11 months later I'm still chasing and the sales rep (RD) is dodging my calls/emails and says he will call back. But never does!

This is a telling sign to avoid a company/rep like this when they can't even give you money that rightfully isn't theirs.
Sad to see a company put of a fake persona only for them to make a sale but hide when they owe you.

I'll never buy from this place again and will continue to spread the word to avoid this place and 1 specific sales rep (Rory).

Absolute joke of a company and more specifically the company owner. Not only does he yell on the phone but he also does not want to fix the issue at hand because a negative review was left. Most smart business owners try to solve the issue in exchange for the negative review to be edited or removed.
Nope. Not this one. He prefers to be stubborn, yell at a customer and calls them a liar.
This is what you call POOR customer service and what a perfect way to lead by example.

Anyone looking for great customer service and more specifically an owner that possess this should STAY AWAY and buy your farm equipment from another dealer.

I will prob have to kiss the money (owed to me) good bye.

Sad to see companies like this still treat customers this way.
