Dr Al is a great Doctor. Attentive and never in as rush. He is Not Dr Harding but he is a close second. Wait times can vary depending on how busy they are. They do charge 20$ for a return to work note which i was never used to. Kind of sucks when your employer always asks for one. Dr Harding was the Dr that Delivered me and my Doctor up until he retired. I am very happy with the professionalism of this office. Dr Harding couldn't of picked a better replacement.

I had no problem with this clinic and doctor up until I had a baby. brought my preemie baby girl for a follow up. After the appointment they told me “we will get in touch with you for her 2 months follow up” I went home in disbelief that knowing she was born so early they wouldn’t be following up with her sooner to check her weight and well being. I took it upon myself to find another doctor to take care of my baby. Only to find out she had a murmur and had fluid in her lungs. Long story short we are in McMasters children’s hospital to get her back on track. My 2 week old baby has endured so much within the past 24 hours for the negligence of this practice. Safe to say I will never be returning.

Dr Al DOES NOT rush in and out and make you feel rushed and not heard. He listens to your concerns. He's open more hours than most doctors which is helpful when you work office hours. He's considerate of his patients. No complaints!

A nurse at this office treats patients as if she is better than them. She speaks as if you do not matter, she does not seem to understand the concept of bedside manner, OR even just BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS?! I am utterly disgusted. When a person goes to the doctor the very last thing anyone wants is to feel belittled, ignored or judgement.

Dr Al is about one of the best Doctor's I have ever met he listens to you doesn't rush you and acts very quickly on your problem for to get the best results to resolve the problem. I would recommend him to any one seeking a family doctor
