I visited this walk-in clinic on October 22nd around 6:30 pm after calling at 6:10 pm to confirm if they were accepting walk-ins. The lady on the phone told me they were accepting patients and asked me to come. However, when I arrived, two men at the reception rudely refused to take me, despite me explaining that I had called ahead and was told to come. After reading bad reviews about the incompetence and rudeness of the receptionists, I can tell I'm not the only one. Their attitude was completely unprofessional, and they made no effort to assist me. The staff desperately need training on how to talk to patients. Such rudeness is unacceptable, especially in the healthcare sector where compassion and communication are critical. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Pediatrician Dr. Kelly is invaluable! I took one kid to see her in the morning, around 10 AM, for an ear infection. She prescribed antibiotics, as expected.
In the late evening, however, my wife took another child to see her, and she was still at work at 6 PM on Saturday! Dr. Kelly patiently explained what causes ear infections and calmed my wife down. No prescriptions this time.
The nurse also seems to be well-trained and knowledgeable.

Terrible experience at this clinic in terms of receiving results. I had a requisition for an ultrasound, completed the test and results were sent to the clinic. They called to tell me to come in person to review results on a Sunday. I advised I was leaving the country for three weeks Monday morning and I wouldn't be able to make it to the clinic. I requested the results told to me over the phone or emailed to me. They refused both options because "the doctor's wouldn't get paid that way". Very clear what the priorities are for this clinic. The only way they would send my own personal medical results was to fax to my family doctors office who is also closed today. Great system we have in place that I won't even know the results prior to being out of country.

Visited Oct 13 for check up of 2 sick kids. There is a wait time check online which is directionally helpful. The reception and staff are what you would expect - see other reviews. The doctor we saw is the only reason I’m writing this review. He was thoughtful, very professional, great with the kids, and went above and beyond to explain his assessment and our options. Younger asian doctor (Dr Tran?); apologies if the name is incorrect but you made a somewhat stressful visit very easy. Thank you!

I was shocked by the state of the washroom! It's a doctor's office, and the washroom was so filthy! Just because it's located in an area with a high immigrant population doesn't mean hygiene standards can be overlooked. Wait times were good and doctor was helpful but please focus on cleaning the place.

This is a clinic that once you start going to…you’ll never stop. Because chances are, they will never find the root cause to your complex needs. In other words, I would recommend going somewhere else.
If you decide to go here, know that these doctors don’t really care to hear you out, so speak up loud when you’re talking and advocate for yourself. I went here for a referral to see a specialist, they agreed and told me they sent the request to the specialist and should hear from them within 4 weeks. Two months passed and nothing. I called the clinic to follow up. They said they don’t see any record if a request being sent by anyone in the office.
I told them over the phone please send it as I have been waiting many weeks. They said no, I’d have to walk back in and request it again. Really So I did. And guess what….4 months later…no specialist has contacted me. I give up. I can’t continue to go to this clinic. I’d be a fool if I did. They don’t want me to heal, they want me as a repeat patient. Sorry but I’m not a toy.

I have visited this walk-in many times for myself however the last two visits for my 5 year old were disappointing. When visiting a month ago, the paediatrician had poor bed side manner with rude responses and comments to me. On the most recent visit the children’s walk-in was no longer accepting patients so we waited 2 hours to be seen by another doctor who said my child was fine despite symptoms of ear and throat pain, headache and fever. The next day I took my child to a different children’s walk in where the doctor was so kind and patient and prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection. It’s upsetting that my child has to be in pain longer due to a doctor dismissing symptoms and prior history. It’s safe to say I will not be returning to Golden Mile for my child.

Such a great walk-in clinic. Barely sat down before I was called in to see the doctor on a Saturday afternoon! Getting diagnosed with bronchitis was smooth and easy, and I left with a prescription in less than a half hour.
