Older receptionist is extremely rude. The younger ones are nicer but the whole front desk is so unorganized, and don't actually fax out referrals. Long wait times, and so often I've shown up during their open times, and they were actually closed cause they didn't have a doctor. One time I got registered and after waiting an hour, the doctor walked outta the clinic and they had to suddenly close. I understand if this happens once in a blue moon but this seems to be a habit at this clinic.

I went in on December 17th having trouble breathing among other symptoms. After waiting an hour and a half because the doctor came in late I was dismissed and sent for chest x-rays. Chest x-rays came back not even a week later and here I am still not getting any phone calls from the office. I do have pocket health and was able to access my results to see that they are abnormal and that I will need to see a specialist. I would like to also add that he only checked my ears because I asked him as he tried to run out the door if he was even going to take a look at me before he dismissed me
Absolutely horrible service from this Clinic including the receptionist who has zero empathy or kindness..

I am extremely disappointed with Primacy Medical Center store. Their official closing time is 7 PM, but when I arrived at 5:30 PM in urgent need of medicine, they told me they were already closed because the doctor had a meeting. This is not the first time—it has happened twice in just three days!

Patients come here in pain, trusting that the store will be open as per the given timings. If they plan to close early, they should update their Google hours so that patients don’t waste their time and suffer unnecessary pain. This is highly irresponsible and unkind. A medical store should care about people's health, not close at their convenience without prior notice.

I hope they reflect on this and change their approach, because no one deserves to be treated like this when they are in pain.

Not Impressed with Dr Bouchards medical professionalism. Went in with a brown phlegm cough sore throat and pain in my ribs and back area. She didn’t do any examining other than check my ears and then proceeded to tell me I probably have “asthma”…. Didn’t prescribe anything and walked out the door. I’ve been there before and the male doctor was much more professional. Will never go back if she is on shift

I went on a quiet day and there was 5 people waiting in line for the receptionist to return to her desk. Took 30 minutes just to be called into a room, and when Dr Reich finally walked in, he didn’t ask me any questions. Simply shined a flashlight down my throat, told me I had strep throat, prescribed meds and walked out. I believed him seeing as he is a ‘medical professional’ but a week later I was only MORE sick. Went to a different doctor for a second opinion… they actually did multiple tests and asked me questions about how I’m feeling. Turns out I had pneumonia, and the medication Dr Reich prescribed didn’t do anything to help me. Will never be returning to this clinic to waste my time just for a doctor who doesn’t even check his patients properly.

Worst place to be.
I did one step TB test here, but when I went there for reading they were closed for some reasons. They did not update it on google or anywhere. So I went the next day for reading again they were closed due to weather condition. Again, they did not update that they were closed.
Now I have to do the TB test again just because of someone else's negligence.
