We had Sean come see our space and provide us a quote, he was amazing!!! He made my dream of an amazing entertaining deck with a wall of patio doors come true. He even gave us some lighting ideas for outside that we ended up doing. Rob the owner was awesome to work with, and I have no words for how professional and personable the installation guys were!!! We like to buy local and the team from Profit have outfitted our house in Wasaga Beach with all new windows and a front door. They were a pleasure to deal with and when we had an issue with the house shifting slightly this winter our front door became hard to lock. Rob came over immediately and made a slight adjustment and now it’s perfect. You can’t get service like that from most companies. I highly recommend them !!

Very disappointed in this company. The caulking done was horrible on all my front windows. Although they did come back and redo just the bottom portion, the rest was left a mess. No return calls at all to see if the work was done satisfactory and we will ultimately have to go the manufacturer to deal eoth what seems to be issues with the windows
We tried to shop local to support our community and this business has failed us..
Be careful.
The neighbor on our street has the very same issues after having his front door installed.

We recently had all of the doors and windows in our house replaced by this company, and it was a great experience. Rob was fantastic from start to finish. He came over for the consult and listened to our ideas and concerns and helped us decide what was best for our home. Ordering was seamless and when we wanted to change the front door colour, it was no big deal. When install day came the team was professional and friendly and respected our home. The new windows and doors look great, and we now have a sliding glass door to the back of the house which improves things greatly! Highly recommended.
