2 hours of my life ill never get back!
Went in with 20 yr old daughter (with cerebral palsy) to obtain a simple Dr's note to allow us to get steering aids installed on our car by a mobility expert (North end mobility ) . This is recommended by her mobility driving instructor (Aapex)The Dr. said it can affect airbags so wasn't comfortable not knowing enough and told me to find another Dr. that was. So much for trying to help people with disabilities out; just brush it off as it's not your duty. There was no attempt to find a solution.
Before I met the Dr. we took pictures of the rooms. I felt I was in a 3rd world country it was so dirty. Attached are the photos, the carpet is cream colour under the blue mats...I checked. The dr arrived before I could get pictures of the window sill and other dirty areas.
FYI I have never posted a negative review before, but this experience was beyond bad.

After searching for a walkin clinic to look at a cut on my finger and being turned away by clinics that do not do stitches or wound care and being advised by the hospital I had a extremely long wait ahead of me . I had almost given up . Then I was advised about this clinic . This place was amazing. From the gentleman on the front desk to the female doctor whom attended me . The experience was incredible. Thank you for being professionals ! .

I was very impressed on how the clinic operated. They were busy but was seen in a normal time limit. The front desk people -staff
were very helpful especially Tray , he seems to go out of his way to help people.
Dr. F Raptis. Was extremely busy but took the time to do minor surgical procedures, she took the time to explain and continued to follow up checking in until discharge.
Would highly recommend this clinic

Cut my hand today off of a glass cup and had to get some stitches. I luckily got to the clinic when it was slow and was able to get my 3 stitches within a half hour. The two ladies that helped me were very nice and talked about random stuff which made me feel comfortable and helped me get my mind off of my cut. My doctor told me what she was going to do before doing it so I was able to understand what was going on. Hopefully I won't have to go back in the future due to injuries but if that does occur I will be going here from now on.

I have had a fantastic experience with this clinic! The staff and doctor (Dr. Raptis) were professional, friendly, and helpful. Even through some hiccups with X-ray results, they answered my questions quickly and made me feel valued and in control.

From the Minute I walked in the Door, I was amazed. I actually was lucky today there was only 1 person ahead of me but Luck is not what impressed me. The Staff especially the gentleman at front desk and the Dr.
My experience was amazing and made my day with the friendless, Efficiently dealt with

Doctor didn't even look into my medical history, prescribed me a sister medication I already had at home instead of what I needed. Also had problem getting birth control as pharmacist refused to give it to me because "women in their 20 should be having kids now". The men working there are absolutely disgusting.

i cut my finger when I was cutting passion fruit, Doctor Nishan took care of me, he was nice and professional, he wrapped my finger gently, and glued my skin together, the nurse was kind too, the only thing I feel they need to change is they should divide people into two groups, one group for urgent patients, the other one for non-urgent patients, as it is a urgent clinic, it's not just a walk in.
