Sadly I needed to call to have my mom’s oxygen tanks picked up after her passing. I was treated with such kindness and compassion. Matt was the one that came to my mom’s to pick them up. This was a very difficult time for me clearing out my mom’s apartment. When he arrived he spoke to me for a few minutes about my mom and his interactions with her. He did not have to do that but it brought me comfort. When he left he looked me in the eye and said “your mom is at peace no more struggling to breath”. That touched me and when I told my family it touched them too. Thank you Matt you are an asset to any company.

It made these hard experiences less disheartening to know how much they cared. I can't overstate how impressed I was with the service and compassion my family received from ProResp. It was a Friday afternoon when my son's condition declined to the point where he needed frequent access to oxygen. The docs made the call to ProResp and everything just happened. Within a couple of hours, John had us set up and trained. It's rare to experience that level of efficiency from any business.

More than the service; to a person, everyone I had contact with at ProResp displayed genuine concern and compassion. Thank you for treating my family with such grace and dignity, keep it up for all the other families who need you.

Shirval is just wonderful! He came before my husband came out of the hospital, after being extremely ill, to set up the equipment. At this point, I was falling apart, not being able to grasp anything, because of information overload. My husband had never been on oxygen before. Shirval was so kind and patient, and led me through all the steps of using 2 oxygen generators, of connecting the machines, of filling up liquid oxygen tanks. He assured me, that I had backup 24 hrs a day. I cannot praise him enough! What a kind and caring human being! Thank you Shirval!

I cannot say enough of the level of quality of service that my father has received Since receiving oxygen at home from Are delivery driver Aka John "the great" !!!! Very knowledgeable Great advice Given from John and using the new equipment. Tanks are Always refilled as needed, With a call ahead of time of course 🙂 I just put them out front for my father and magically they reappear refilled on delivery dates 😁
