I've been using oxygen through ProResp for about 6 years now and I've never had an issue. Twice now my portable machine quit on me and it was after hours. I called ProResp and explained my situation, they assured me they would be there as soon as possible and they were there within the hour! I'm so grateful to them for their excellent care and service! My regular delivery guy Mike is always pleasant and he's always cheerful and smiling. Brightens my day!

I've been with Pro resp approximately 4 years now Every member of their staff have been kind always obligated to help I can't say enough about their fine service and will to improve my quality of life
Special thanks to my delivery person Scott who arrives Wednesday rain or shine and always smiling and happy
Also a super great thankyou to Jessica who currently is my respiroligist.We had a real enjoyable visit yesterday
After she left she made me feel so good and replaced my outdated regulator

Second time using this company. Excellent service. Right from bringing my hubby home from the hospital, the technician that brought and demonstrated the equipment to ordering supplies. The therapist that came the next day to do an assessment was also great. Spent a lot of time with us both. Would reccomend ProResp.

After reading some of the other reviews I was worried, but I had a great experience. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone, and were the same in person. I found the receptionists and the RT I dealt with to be very professional and friendly. Maybe other people are put off because it isn't all covered by ohip (that's not the fault of proresp) or because there is alot of new information to take in, but they also give alot of booklets to help you adjust to the learning curve and are more than willing to help if you ask. I would recommend them.
