Don't expect a lot of help if you have a system covered by the Phillips Respironics recall. You're pretty much on your own. ProResp's main focus seems to be reinforcing that the recall isn't their problem.

They didn't register my machine properly when I purchased it, so now they're the only one's that can download the data I need to be able to get it replaced. Not helpful when you live over an hour out of town.

Disappointed doesn't even come close to describing the level of service. I would have been better off if I'd purchased my system online.

I do not give much reviews. but I do have to comment on the amazing service I have been receiving from Rachel!
Rachel has wealth of knowledge. Always has tips and tricks to make sure you are efficiently using your machine. I cant thank her enough for her amazing customer service as well! Thank you Rachel!

Stay clear they do not care about their clients. No face masks for covid. There is a 26 checklist of things to be shown for CPAP, but she only showed me 1/2 of one thing on the list.. She didn't even take the machine out of the case or turn it on. They just want your money. Stay far far away.

Very disappointed with this place.
Had a one month trial script for a CPAP machine. Renter beware - it is not a monthly rental fee (ie 13th to the 13 of the next month) but full fee for each month you have the machine. Don't rent one until the first of the month....and get it back before the next month. $75 is $75.
No flexibility at all. Can't believe they have not addressed this before.

I have used another oxygen company before but have switched to ProResp and it was the best thing I ever did. Not only do they come one on one to explain everything; but they do not leave your house until you are comfortable - then they follow-up often. They also come every month and replace tubing and clean and inspect the equipment. They are just wonderful.

I had a great experience with ProResp. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even sorted some paperwork for me. I recommend going to them if you are in need of a CPAP machine.

Great experience at ProResp from the second I walked in... they were ready for me with paperwork at the front desk and a great experience with Hannah Saikaley ... she was friendly, professional, informed and all my needs were ready as soon as I walked into her office... highly recommend
