Horrendous customer service and product quality. I ordered truffles, all to find out it had no flavour, was a strong vinegar smell, and went MOULDY within 2 days. I then instantly reached out with absolutely no try for customer service. They said “it’s supposed to have no taste or flavor and only for looks” umm what? No where does this say this and in what world would it then mould right away.

End story, I was not happy with product and I wanted to return, of course I go to website and no return or satisfaction approved,

Horrible, horrible. DO NOT BUY!!

Careful. On Amazon this seller is easily slipping in peoples purchases, Cacao powder for Cocoa powder. No returns allowed.
Two very different products. Very very disappointing Qualifirst!

Company does not back up with their quality of their products. Was sent food items with the expiration for this month? Selling expired food should atleast reimbursed but have been met with neglect. Buyer beware.

Ordered the Pepitas as Canadian distributor so should label for peanuts and tree nuts and there was nothing indicating they contained or may contain these. Phoned company once received product, and they indicated it very likely could contain those allergens as share production line. They are not labelling as per Canada law do not recommend buying products from them. Will be returning item.

Looking for ceylon cinnamon and found this company on the web. It says "in-store" and gives me an address. I drive 1/2 hour to get here and no store entrance. I call them and they tell me there is no store, order online in advance and they will get it ready. I advised them of my lengthy drive and that I am in the parking lot and asked how long would it take if did online order.... a couple hours I was told. Sorry but cant wait that long in a parking lot. What a waste of my time. Will look else where for my product

Terrible customer service. They delivered me a package completely soaked, under the rain and they didn’t care about the product. When I reached out them to raise my concerns, no action was done, as for them it looked normal

Very bad experience with this company. I ordered two packs of chocolate, which were presented on the website in the original branded packaging. They brought chocolate in a different package - their own packaging, without the original packaging and without an expiration date. I opened one package - the chocolate clearly looks not fresh, has a white coating, is too dry. I have been working with this chocolate for a long time and I know it well. I asked for a refund, but I was refused, referring to the fact that white plague on chocolate is normal. How can you show one thing on a website and sell something completely different? This misleads buyers. I would never pay for non-original packaging without an expiration date. I do not recommend buying here!
