I originally found Quality Home Comfort a few years ago to help with a small job disconnecting a gas line to an old stove. So when the time came to add a heat pump I reached out to Kevin again and he provided a very reasonable quote after doing a site assessment. Installation went smoothly and they demonstrated patience will all my questions as well as taking care of the registration of the warranty and available rebate programs. Will also be reaching out to have them take care of yearly cleaning / maintenance of the equipment. Would highly recommend.

If he thinks that a job doesn't make sense for your home, he will tell you. He also takes pride in his work and the work of his team and will follow up after the job is done to make sure that you are satisfied.

They responded on short notice, found the right unit for my home within a couple of hours, and had it installed and fully working in less than 12 hours.
