Dr. Maja and her staff are amazing. Kristin is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! From start to finish she assured me I was well taken care of. My teeth have never felt so clean, she is also very friendly, kind, and professional. A big bonus is direct billing to insurance!

The Dental Hygienist, Christian, was amazing. My teeth feel very clean. He attentively listened to every single thing I said and took actions accordingly. He was just perfect. This is the experience I want every time I go to the dentist. 10 stars for him. The 1 star lost is for one of the receptionists who switched from nice to rude to nice again. A bit of a roller-coaster. I knew at that point that it was a family owned buisness; with the freedom that comes with that. I told myself I am never going back there but Christian's service changed my mind. The dentist was normal nice. Overall very nice experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with the receptionists at this clinic. Prior to my appointment, I spoke with them about my teeth, yet they failed to inform me that my insurance was maxed out. I had three cavities to fill and chose to do all three in one session instead of just one or two. Unfortunately, the last cavity wasn’t covered, and they never informed me beforehand. Had I known, I could have done two and waited until my insurance reset in January. This lack of communication led to an unexpected out-of-pocket expense.

While I do appreciate Dr. Tamer’s work, the reception team needs to improve in keeping clients properly informed about their insurance coverage. This experience has made me consider finding another dental clinic.

What a great, comfortable experience. I'm terrified of any type of dental work. I was reffered to Queenswood for a root canal as they do sedation. Yesterday I was so scared, but they took the time with me for explaining everything, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I'm blown away on patient care with this place. I highly reccommend them and will use them again. Thanks for putting up with me!

I found Queenswood Dental after searching for a dentist in orleans that offered IV sedation. I had quite a few things that I needed to do with my teeth and have high dental anxiety.

After breaking a tooth and needing to get it fixed urgently, they were able to fit me in and get it repaired without sedation! Dr.Hesham is incredibly patient and always checks in with me to see how I'm doing throughout any process. Thankfully, we've been able to get through all the work I needed done without any sedatives at all and I believe it's because I'm so comfortable there.
