I used to visit the location on bank street and it is much better compare to this location.
This one is always dirty. you need to wear gloves and mask.

I have never found good items at this location. May be just my luck. Majority items are broken inside the box.

I asked a staff member to hand me a powerbank I couldn’t reach. She grabbed it, noticed it was a good item, and then handed it to her friend for him to buy.

When I complained to the other staff, they didn’t offer a solution.

This place is a gem! If you follow their FB page they give sneak peeks as to what they'll have for a new shipment. I have recently been going every 3 weeks when I see something of interest that I need and I always walk out with at least 4 other items for an absolute steal! The staff are beyond friendly and always give my 3 year old a little trinket at the cash. It's our mom and daughter "treasure hunt" outing and it's always fun ?

Completely ruined now. When this place opened it was amazing and you could find great deals left and right , but now they’ve betrayed their pricing scheme and they. set aside anything of value to be priced separately. Those items are quite costly too for the risk you’re taking, as these are all returns and many products are defective. You can’t even get cheap phone cases anymore, as those are all marked up as well. It’s just a generic thrift store now but with heaps of trash and grime in the bins, and little to no organization.

Got some good finds. Don’t waste your money on the mystery boxes - all junk that didn’t sell the week before and things that don’t work. Also included in my mystery box was a second hand book from the 1980’s. Everything from my mystery box is in the garbage.

I've been to both locations multiple times and I've noticed a major decline in the way things are done. VERY deceptive marketing when they betray their customers by outright lying to them. They say $25.99 for anything in the store on Friday but you come to find out that anything worth getting is actually marked up in it's own section for sometimes hundreds of dollars ! Two staff members admitted that they get first dibs on everything especially electronics and appliances , then the leftovers go to customers. They even put obviously broken items for sale and remind customers that there are NO refunds while reassuring the customers that everything is functional. Just a major disappointment.
