Some people are just that good at their job. Most times this goes unnoticed, but I'm hoping that Shelley at the Trenron CPAP gets credit where credit is due.
I went in without an appointment and was met by Shelley at the front desk. Besides being terrified because my machine was broken and I have been having attacks semi daily, I was embarrassed as to why I couldn't bring my machine in prior to this day. Shelley treated me with more compassion and understanding then I think I've received anywhere. She is truly good at her job. The mask I needed was out of stock in Trenton, but with only 40 minutes before close she arranged a mask to he ready for me to pick up in belleville so I didn't have to go one more night without a machine. She helped me with a rental until I'm due for new equipment in just a couple months and she set my machine on a ramp, and last night was more comfortable then I ever remember using this machine. Not all heros wear capes and not all angels live in heaven, some just wear regual clothes and work in our small town

Stay away and find yourself a much more customer oriented CPAP supplier while you can. Some people working here are very rude and all they do is just being passive aggressive. I made a mistake of purchasing my CPAP machine from here and I terribly regret that.

A quick thank you to the owner Karen and the team for their excellent service and support. I dealt primarily with Jeanette. She was very helpful in providing answers and support to my many questions. Everything from cradle to grave, went through with no problems.
