Tammy has provided excellent hospitality and treatment to myself and my husband for many many years.

Always a pleasant atmosphere, where you feel warm, welcomed and taken care of from the moment you step through the doors of the clinic.

Most of us take for granted walking with no pain or discomfort. For others suffer from daily chronic pain. Tammy provides her patients with proper care, relief and comfort.

We visit Tammy every 2 weeks for these treatments and cannot imagine our care to be with anyone else. She is continuously researching and educating herself on new options and treatments for our very specific conditions.

We are very thankful for her care over the years.

Dear Dr Dan....just wanted to thank you for all you did for me when no Doctor in Ontario would do anything to help me.....We retired during covid ; moved to Saskatchewan and the doctors really care about people....I've had surgery on my ankle with huge success ...now pain free...took 3 yrs ...1yr to see specialist...1yr to get MRI ...1yr on wait list for surgery...but the wait was worth it...highly recommend you to all my friends still in Ontario....you are much appreciated....Julia Tremaine

Their receptionists are so friendly and helpful. They do their best to find an appointment that works for your schedule. We’re grateful for their professionalism.

I'm absolutely APPALLED by the treatment I received from Joyce during my recent appointment. Not only was I chastised for the audacity of showing up EARLY, but I was then forced to wait an excruciating 20 minutes past my appointment time. The sheer audacity of her behavior was inexcusable and unprofessional. It's clear that this woman has no compassion for her fellow human beings, as I witnessed her treating others with the same lack of concern while I waited. In fact, I would gladly endure a lifetime of foot pain rather than ever subjecting myself to her presence again.

The foot doctor's work was excellent and he made a well fitting orthotic which I am happy with. A problem arose when I requested a second orthotic be made. I was quoted one price but was asked to pay more a month later when I called in to verify my request. In effect, my spare orthotics are being held hostage for more money. My advice - get everything in writing or bring in your own witness. In my case I lose because I won't be getting that spare set of orthotics as much as I need and want them. I will not pay an elevated price over what I was originally quoted.

Secretary Joyce is so rude. Very judgemental and the building is not disability friendly. Was very dismissive and rude. I will not be continuing treatment after dehumanizing service. There is nothing wrong about asking for pricing and accessibility entrances.
