Came in yesterday afternoon with my son. The wait was long…6 hours. Ugh
The wait didn’t seem too bad in the end since we got the answers we needed from Dr. Colby. Thank you! You were fantastic. Also thanks to Michelle and Madison. You all have a tough job. Much appreciated.

Was thrilled to only have to wait an hour to be seen. But was never given and ID bracelet which means they never checked my ID before anything they did which is a pretty big mistake. They also put me in a dirty used room that nobody had cleaned since the last patient. My mom had to dispose of the sheets and wipe my bed down so I had somewhere to at least sit while I waited for the doctor because nobody seemed to care about any kind of sterile or clean environment!

Checked in at 3am because I had very severe strep throat. After waiting nearly 5 hours, mind you I was the only person in emerg, I finally saw a doctor and they told me that I just had a sore throat and to talk to my family doctor(whos booked 4 months in advance) if its not better in 10 days. Went to the Belleville hospital and they saw me within 2 hours, confirmed it was strep throat and gave me my prescription. You would be better off googling your symptoms and treatments than going to this third world dump they call a hospital.

I attended the ER recently. I was treated by Dr Beruar and Nurse Smith. I did not get the names of the others who helped me. The service was exemplary in all aspects. We are so accustomed to hearing a litany of complaints but my experience was superb. Salutations to a very kind and professional group.

I was on holiday at sandbak, and out of the blue I start with extremely pain, I got to the hospitali Quinte Health Care at Prince Edward County, and I have to say it was the best service ever. I lived in Ottawa and I will never get a service, like this. The nurses right away help me with painkillers they send me to Bellevielle Hospital for CT scan they give me the result. I have to say both hospitals are amazing thank you so much. I really appreciate if it wasn’t for you guys I won’t be feeling better.

they take forever and after wasting half of your day will end up sending you to belleville hospital anyways. no respect in what your telling them. they believe theyre right only that because your a patient you dont know whats going on WITH YOUR OWN BODY. absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful place dont come here if your dying or youll die trying to get in.

My parent was here for 48hrs in a bed, with half of their body paralyzed due to a medical issue. They left in the same dirty shirt they’d arrived in, with no personal care provided, even tho they had a hospital bag with clean clothes. Food trays were left covered and wrappers and lids on, no assistance from anyone so this patient could eat. They fell walking to the bathroom across the hall due to no one answering call bells. My family member was a completely independent person before this medical issue, so if they asked for help they genuinely needed the help. And they didn’t get it.
