Rainycrest has an amazing team of people working at this place. Very kind, helpful, and respectful. The facility is a bit older and could use an update but has been well kept in general. Lots of activities for the residents to do and great outdoor sitting areas.

This place is terrible if u have a loved one. Your better off leaving them in the backyard and looking out the window every once and awhile. As that will provide more than rainy crest. This place allows stealing of their clients. And worse if all abuse. My over 100 year old grandmother was abused in their care to the point of facial brusing. And all they had to say what it wasn't our staff. Even if it's not a staff member protect the elderly. And if other clients are abusing others stop them. If i could post the pics of their "care" I would. But as it's still being investigated. I can't. English was her second language I believe the staff felt like they could get away with it. We took her out of that abuse cage. And she enjoyed her remaining time with family who had to leave jobs to PROPERLY take care of her. And now they are trying to hold on to the money that was provided for taking care of her even tho the last of her months were spent in a different province. Making her last months harder without that financial help.

I strongly suggest looking for alternatives to long term care if you actually care for the loved one. If you don't and they deserve to be punished the remaining time they have on earth. Then id recommend this place.

A bit short staffed, which is only to be expected at this point (sadly). Staff were helpful and courteous. It's the only place of its type in the near area and FF is fortunate to have it.

They complained about me getting my 3 year old daughter a pop from the vending machine when I had walked by because it for visitors and residents only not for little children
