Dr.dube is wonderful I'm thkful fr the clinic and the help I've received there and the team at the prescription side etc ...their awesome ppl I've had to call in their always on top of my prescriptions and any questions I've had their always there to help and answer my questions...their all good ppl at this office on both sides

Great place to change your life. Great doctor and the young lady who works for him is smart, easy to talk to and just a nice person. They have always treated me with respect and taken care of me. You can get clean with help from medication and a little willpower. You can get a very reasonable and flexible dosing arrangement it's not bad at all. It is kind of like going to a really nice private clinic. So I would definitely recommend it to anybody I knew who had a problem with opioids. There are definitely treatments you can benefit from now. So, do it!

I'm a city Bus Operator who rescued a homeless addict on Sunday from near death unconscious at Baseline bus Station. Even after the hospital visit , I offered to take him under my wing at 2:30 in the morning so I did. He needed to have his weekly prescriptions refilled, I drove him to this establishment. Somewhat nice people like the Security guard; however, the two front desk workers acted as if they were inconvenienced: the female front desk worker roller her eyes frequently and even would shake her head in disapproval. Unfortunately, this was an open space for all addicts to see eachother, and the man I was trying to help saw what he was used to and wanted to go back to it. Meanwhile earlier that morning, he was clean, happy and having a good breakfast. However, I was told by an employee after he was exposed to all the other addicts in a common area that I should leave, he preferred to be homeless and on drugs. This proved to me that this establishment just prefers addicts to return and keep coming back with no help because it is funded by government, so it's a money scheme. Had I been able to keep this guy under my own wing and try to help out and get him in a proper rehab centre which he actually said would be great, then we would not have this review. However, this company clearly wants it's government dollars for each person that walks in, they don't try to actually help fix the problem or find a solution, and clearly from the attitude of the staff, they don't care. Hopefully Michael is not back on the street passed out and almost dead again.

At first I was furious with the tactics that were used for treatment as I was already stable and switching clinics only., I realized that it was in my best interests as they do not know me at the time of first arrival and it's quite obvious that if you're there you have a problem. So I do have to say I'm actually grateful for this treatment centre, I got to know my doctor very well and established a great communication with good stability. Thx doc.

Courteous and professional staff. If you or a loved one are struggling with a substance abuse issue, the people who work here are there to help. (medical consultations with an MD, this is not an inpatient detox/rehab, nor a 12 step program, but their services can help and work with both of those).
