I had an amazing super facial with Casey. She was really considerate of my concerns and encouraged me to lean into relaxation during the facial whilst still listening and offering advice before and after. The treatment itself was so indulgent and I will certainly be making monthly appointments from now on if not even more often. Thank you Casey! Also all the other staff are so so lovely and welcoming. Renee’s vision for the spa is so prominent, you can really feel all the small touches just come together to give you the most luxurious self care experience.

This was my second facial experience with Emma at Remedy, they are by far the best facials I’ve ever had.
The moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and trendy atmosphere.
You pick out a beverage and snack to have waiting for you at the end of your service which. Is such a sweet touch.
Emma is professional and kind every step of the way! She is super knowledgeable about what’s going on with your skin, what she’s going to do to help it, and how you can best care for your skin at home.
Her facials are so calming, it’s heavenly!
I can’t recommend her enough.
Not only does my skin feel like it’s had a reset but I also feel sense of long lasting relaxation mentally.
This is the best facial in the Bow Valley!

First visit to Remedy and will definitely return. We were welcomed by Renee — very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Emma & Carly whom completed our facials were amazing. The lounge afterwards where we ended with champagne was relaxing and the perfect end to our session. You must go—you will not be disappointed. Thank you for achieving what I thought was impossible—I was totally relaxed.

I came here to experience my first Facial. It was for my Birthday and the experience qill be fondly remembered for a long time. The space is beautiful and calming, especially the lounge you sit in afterwards to enjoy a drink and snack, the window is huge and is facing a huge Mountain, gorgeous! The staff were very understanding and accommodating to the fact I and my friends were 10 minutes late due to parking issues. Renee, who provided the facial for myself was lovely, kind and knowledgeable; 60 minutes went by in an instant. My skin looks so beautiful and refreshed now. Thank you so much for making my Birthday and first experience having a facial so very memorable and wonderful!!
