Wonderful people. I was visiting from Edmonton and forgot one of my medications. The staff were able to help get a partial fill of my prescription from Edmonton. Great service!

Paul, Natalie and Karen are the best! They are quick and responsive and go the extra mile to go above and beyond their customers needs. My psychiatrist has even commented on how great it has been dealing with Paul and his team and how nice it was to know that he can count on a pharmacist to work with them. They have caught mistakes in prescriptions, called me to make me aware and then coordinated with my family doctor to correct her mistake. Because of how good they are at Rest Acres Pharmacy I feel like my pharmacist is a part of my overall health care team not just a medication dispenser like I have felt with other pharmacies.

Disappointed after a few years of being a customer and always having benefits I didn't have to be concerned about the cost, but now that I don't have coverage I inquired about a discount (as the pharmacy across the plaza gives a $3/Rx discount, among many other independent pharmacies) and was told "they already make their prices cheaper" (worked in pharmacy for years, they don't make the price, the drug Corps do 🤦)... Even after mentioning most competitors give the discount I was informed that they will not do it under any circumstances. Sad to say, they'll lose a lot of business if they aren't up for the competition.
