I am a new rider just bought a pre-ordered bike with a safety from here(see pic below) but found a big oil leak from the engine. Really wondering how it can pass the safety so dont trust any safety cretifcate from here at all.

Made my riding this past summer great. Talked with Len on the best direction to take to solve a very soft front end on my trike. Rebuilt the front forks, much stiffer and a much better ride, riding 2 up was much improved. The bike handled like a dream. Thank you!!

'Disappointing' doesn't quite capture my experience with this shop. This could easily become long-winded, so let me sum up the ordeal, briefly.
1. I had a deadline, a ride in memory of my late father, to have my bike fixed by. They said it shouldn't be a problem, 3 weeks to he exact.
2. They said they would diagnose, report, then with my approval, repair. I also asked that they do an oil change and full inspection. I was told the inspection was part of the oil change, hence the high price.
3. 1 week later, no word, so I phoned them. Inspection and oil change were done, 1hr diagnostics used, still no diagnosis. Wanted 1 more hr to look at carbs. Wanted 4hr for fork seals. I agreed to carb, since I was already into them for oil change and inspection. Said to leVe fork seals.
4. Another weeks goes by, they phoned. Carb 'inspection' done, needed another 2.5 hr to sync carbs, told to buy new plugs and gas (both which were brand new already), and told the carb sync was 'likely' the problem. Bill was at $715 already, so I asked them to stop, said I would pick bike up. They reported 9-1 on Saturdays. I trailered there that Saturday. Shop was closed.
5. Next Saturday was the ride in memory of my father. I missed it.
6. When I finally got the bike a couple weeks later, the mechanic reported he has synced the carbs and put new plugs in. Neither of which was done.
7. I drove the bike when I got it home to see how it was after they'd "improved" it as they said. The exhausts now both leaked. After parking the bike, with same engine issues as before, I discovered the mechanic hadn't even secured the throttle cables before giving the bike back.
8. My husband spent 1 evening looking at the bike. Almost immediately, he found a split hose at the air switch valve. I replaced the hose. Bike has never ran so good. This SHOULD have been found during the full inspection I paid for. Maybe the diagnostics I paid for? Did the mechanic even look at the bike? Why change oil if you don't even know if the bike is repairable?
My father was a mechanic, and he would be so disappointed to hear the runaround I get trying to find help with my bike in the wake of his death.
Note: they reduced my bill when I explained my perspective of the situation. Still, they caused me more grief and money, and did nothing to fix my bike.

Amazing shop!!?
Worth the drive / ride out to Richmond. They took amazing care of my Honda 954, and have been on time & totally reasonable with fees charged. Have had major work done from rebuilds to just oil & tire maintenance. The garage guys know their way around a wrench, and the girl working the counter was super friendly and got me some amazing deals on parts & I got exactly what I ordered ?
I live in Kanata, but I’ll never go anywhere else.

BETTER OFF GOING TO AN HONEST REPUTABLE COMPANY
Brought our ATV to get fixed and have a second seat put on and we’re completely taken advantage of. They over charged in labour hours, lack of knowledge and the customer pays for it all in the end. When asked to review the bill and question why it was so high we were told the bill is the bill. It’s sad because we tried to support a local business instead of a bigger box store.

Fantastic and friendly service. Called them up asking to order some tires for my bike and they actually had them on their shelf ready to go with no need to order. Dropped the rims off and they had them mounted and balanced the same day. I wouldn't expect that same turnaround peak season but still, fantastic service.
